At SITRAPAT, we offer you an organic cornmeal that is not mase, i.e. it has not been treated with silt, it is not a nixtamalized flour.
Cook 250 mL (1 cup) of organic whole grain cornmeal in 750 mL (3 cups) of water over low heat. Simmer for about 8 to 10 minutes, stirring regularly.
Organic whole grain cornmeal can be stored for approximately 270 to 365 days. It is ideal to store Organic Whole Cornmeal in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from light.
